Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If not, the full session fee will be charged.

• All communication between tutors and parents must go through TipTop Tutoring.

Payment Policy

• Payments are due every two weeks.

• All materials provided by TipTop Tutoring, including lesson plans and educational resources, are the intellectual property of the company and are for personal use only.

• Tutors and students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

Confidentiality

• All personal information and academic records of students will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing tutoring services.
